This agreement describes the entire terms and conditions for participation in the Internet Fortune Affiliate Program.
Throughout this agreement, the terms "affiliate", "you", "yours" refers to you (The Applicant) and the terms "us", "ours", "we", "our", refer to Internet Fortune.
"Our products" refers to the various products and services offered by Internet Fortune from time to time.
Service
Agreement
Within
the scope of this agreement you,
as our affiliate are authorised
to place qualifying links to our
products from your own website(s)
in order to refer visitors to
our sites. Qualifying links refers
to the links supplied within our
affiliate marketing software applicable
to each product. When those visitors
purchase our products you will
be paid a commission. You may
add or remove links to our sites
at your discretion.
Commission
Commission
amounts vary depending upon
then current promotions and
are set at the discretion of
Internet Fortune and may be
altered at any time without
prior notice to the affiliate.
Internet Fortune recommends
that affiliates regularly check
the commission rates for products.
Your
Own Software
Please
note that you cannot sign up to
the Internet Fortune affiliate
program to purchase your own software.
Any such sales will be disallowed.
Payments
The
minimum payout level is $100.
Once affiliates generate the
minimum level of $100 a payment
request is triggered.
Cheques
are issued approximately 31 days
after the payment request is triggered
to ensure the 30 day money back
guarantee has passed.
Refunds
In
the event of refund the applicable
commission amount will be deducted
from the affiliates account.
Anti
Spam Directive
Internet
Fortune operate a strict anti
spam policy. In the event that
any affiliate uses illegal spamming
techniques to market our program
their account will be closed without
notice and they will forfeit any
commissions accrued.
Earnings
Disclaimer
Internet
Fortune makes every effort to
ensure that we accurately represent
our products, services and potential
for income on our sites and in
our advertising literature. Earning
and income statements made by
Internet Fortune and our related
parties are intended to give you
an estimate of what we think you
could possibly earn, not a guarantee
of what you will earn.
There are no guarantees that you will make these, or any levels of income and you accept the risk as with any business, that your results may vary, and will be based on your individual capacity, business experience, expertise and hours of input. Each individual’s success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire and motivation.
Internet Fortune give no assurance that examples of past earnings can be duplicated in the future.
The use of our information, products and services should be based on your own due diligence and you agree that our company is not liable for any success or failure of your business that is directly or indirectly related to the purchase and use of our information, products and services.
Acceptance & Termination
Acceptance
to this affiliate program
is entirely at the discretion
of Internet Fortune. Either
party can terminate their
account at any time without
notice.
Limitation
Of Liability
Except
in respect to personal injury
or death caused directly by the
proved negligence of Internet
Fortune, in no event will Internet
Fortune be liable to you for any
damages, including any loss of
profits, loss of savings, loss
of data or any indirect, special,
incidental or consequential damages
arising out of the use of or inability
to use our program, even if Internet
Fortune has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Nothing
in this Agreement limits liability
for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Force
Majeure
Internet
Fortune shall not be liable for
failure in performance in the
event of strikes, shortages, riots,
insurrection, fires, flood, storm,
explosions, acts of God, war,
governmental action, labour conditions,
earthquakes or any other cause
which is beyond our reasonable
control.
This Agreement constitutes the complete statement of the agreement between you and Internet Fortune, and supercedes all representations, understandings or prior agreements between you and Internet Fortune. These terms and conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
