A couple of years ago we released some software through one of our websites and couldn't believe how long (or short) a time it took before we discovered it 'for sale' elsewhere on the web.

Even worse, just days later we saw a whole website dedicated to 'selling' our software. These guys had simply removed our logo and product ID's and were blatantly advertising OUR product as THEIRS! ... and there was not a thing we could do about it..
